  • The picture of the blade color is showing a dark finish but on the description it says they are reversible white/pine washed white finish. Could you please varify what the correct finishes are?

    A. The blades on the Westinghouse Richboro SE are reversible. The finishes you can select from are; brushed nickel, rusted bronze, and white.

  • I've never bought a ceiling fan before. I'd like the fan to be on a wall switch to control the fan speed. I'd like a separate switch to control the light. Is this possible? Also, does the light kit include a glass bowl?

    A. Yes, this fan does include the glass bowl. I recommend the Westinghouse 77874 control. It is wireless, controls and dims the light, controls fan speed, and has a thermostatic function that allows you to set the temperature at which you wish the fan to start/stop. Take a look, it is the best.

  • Can I separate the light and fan on 2 dimmer switches? Is a light included?

    A. Yes, the fan and light can be on separate dimmer switches. The Westinghouse Richboro SE does come with the shade.

    A. The Westinghouse Richboro SE ceiling fan and all Westinghouse fans have a pull chain which can be used to switch between three different fan speeds.

Nice Fan for the Price I bought this fan for my master bedroom and am very happy with the way it looks and it seems to be nice and quiet as well. I used the ligher side down for the blades and it looks great. If you are purchasing a downrod for this fan make sure you check with customer service to get the proper one. I ended up getting the wrong size because the site directed me to it. Customer service was fantastic at exchanging it for me quickly. May 24, 2011
a striking good deal I was pretty skeptical given how low-priced this item was (I needed 2 for an attic expansion/finishing project). I'm fairly picky -- but I'll be darned. They look lovely, and at about a month post-installation, function equally well. Nice, bright light (though we installed on a dimmer to add options), lovely brushed nickel finish, attractive blades. Looks high-end. Done. January 10, 2010
good fan good price I just installed the fan and it works great, bright light even though bulbs are smaller than standard bulb. My only complaint is the directions to install was not accurate and took me some time to figure out. For the most part the parts that it says are in a bag are already installed and no work is required. I pulled my hair out trying to locate these washers and pads that were already in place. So directions aside, it looks great and is very balanced. June 3, 2009
