How long is the mounting bracket? I want to mount this on the front of a bookcase, but I only have a two-ince trim to work with.

Can the light be mounted to the frame? We have a stoned fireplace and the pictures leans against the stone, as it sets on the mantle.

Average quality
I was disappointed with the manufacturing quality of these lights. They look nice, but are a bit flimsy, which causes them to be sensitive to vibration. I am constantly tightening and re-tightening the bulbs which become loose from the vibrations of nearby foot traffic.
The lights installed easily and look nice from a distance. But up close you can see the lack of quality workmanship.

Terrific light
These picture lights are way beyond excellent! They're easy to install on picture frame & easy to adjust over picture. They don't burn "hot" so no harm to painting/picture. Bought one to try it then was so satisfied, I bought a second!!
