Can this fixture be installed upside down?

height dimension--what is the base line for height? centered to the electrical connection?
A. The Westinghouse 69227 is 31.5 inches wide, 9 inches tall, and extends from the wall a total of 10.25 inches. The height is based on the very bottom of the fixture to the very top, they unfortunately do not give a dimension to the electrical connection.

Love this fixture
This fixture looks great in our new bath. Shipped very fast and I was able to install in about 15-20 minutes. I have installed other lights before so it may take a little longer if you never have.

Great Light!
In the picture, the light looks as if there is a thin cone below each bulb; however, it's more of a u-shaped connection. The light casts a soft, upward glow (only 40-watt bulbs needed for plenty adequate light).
