This product says it has a photocell- what exactly does that do?
A. Thank you for your request! When a light has a "photocell", it means that it has a dusk-til-dawn feature. It will used the sunlight gathered throught the day and turn on when the sun goes down. It will stay on until the sun comes up.

Is the height measured from the actual top of the lamp (the curved hanger) to the bottom? I have a limited space to work with.
