    A. The glass with the Vaxcel Lighting CF35417 in Brushed Nickel finish is Frosted Seeded glass. The light is convertible between semi-flish and pendant and comes with 6' of chain for the pendant application.

  • What color is "frosted seeded glass," white or yellowish?

    A. Frosted seeded glass is going to white in color and have some"bubbles" in the glass to give it the seeded look.

  • This looks very nice in the antique bronze, just wondering if the light glass is eggshell in color. theroyal bronze finish glass looks dark. I am looking for a light color not overpowering.

    A. The Vaxcel Lighting CF35417 comes in a Antique Brass and a Royal Bronze, according to the manufacturer the Antique Brass has a Cognac Crackle Glass, and the Royal Bronze has a Brushed Cognac Glass, of the two the Royal Bronze is lighter overall in color.

great product and price We found this product at a local home improvement store Lighting Direct had it at a lower price. Shipping was quick, email notification was excellent (included tracking number), and product arrived when promised. Not listed in the description of the light was that it can also be mounted from a chain. Hardware is provided for both mounting options. December 7, 2009
This is a beautiful light but the glass is very yellow. I returned it because the yellow did not fit with my decor. October 15, 2009
