good buy
The lantern arrived on time and was relatively easy to assemble even though the instructions were a little awkward...translated from chinese and the newspaper stuffing around it was also from china...sort of weird.
It looked good ...not as substantail a piece as I thought but still nice and looks very good.

Great Purchase and Website find
This website was a great find. The product looks exactly like the picture, as far as design and color. The product arrived in a timely manner and was easy to install. I looked at a similar product at two of the home improvement stores, and the price was twice as much. I was so please with my purchase, and I have passed on the website to many friends.

Warranty
Trans Globe Lighting will repair or replace, at our discretion, any fixture that fails to operate within one year of the date of shipment. Trans Globe Lighting will not honor any claims for any improperly installed units, or those in which the parts have been altered or tampered. No charge backs or charges for labor or materials will be paid unless prior written approval is obtained from Trans Globe Lighting. Finishes are warranted for six months from the date of shipment for normal climatic conditions. In the case of extreme weather conditions, such as salty environment or acid rain, the finish will be warranted for three months. Except as stated above, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
