Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Right! Style, finish color, price. not rustic I had wanted to change out the 6 bulb generic brass chandelier hanging in my casual dining/everything room. It was too big and didnt hang over the table, so I looked for more general lighting. The room has sloped ceiling, so a pendant seemed in order. I am semi-retired and at the end of my rehab project, so the budget was tight. After checking many websites and home improvement stores, I was in "sticker-shock", Couldn't spend $250 for a good looking fixture. To make a longer story short, I came back to browsing lightingdirect.com several times, found sales and dealer discounts on some brands on each visit. My first order was placed, but sold out. Customer service contacted me next day, was very helpful and I was convinced I would try again. Found pretty, but not fussy pendant. What sold me was the PRICE. Look at the ranges on items, check the finish price and you won't believe the bargains. I paid less than $60. for top quality, well made, well packed for shipping, FREE shipping, speedy service. Very pleased, I'll recommend your site for every lighting need. Thank you very much.

Warranty

Thomas products, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are warranted only to Thomas’ direct customers to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment. (Thomas does not warrant ballasts supplied with fluorescent units. The ballast manufacturer’s warranty, if any, must be consulted.) All warranty claims must be asserted within one year from date of receipt of the subject item; thereafter warranty claims will not be honored. Customer’s exclusive remedy for a warranty claim or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement of the subject product if it is shown to be defective in material or workmanship at time of shipment, and only if the claim is asserted during said one-year period. Thomas’ sole and maximum liability for a defective product shall never exceed the cost of the subject product. Except for such warranty and remedy as stated (and the express warranty of title), THOMAS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICLULAR PURPOASE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THOMAS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER IN WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, WHICH ARE ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY ONE OR MORE THOMAS PRODUCTS, BEYOND THE COST TO THE CUATOMER OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS. In no case does the Thomas warranty and remedy extend to anybody other than Thomas direct customers unless Thomas packs a warranty card with the product, which states otherwise. Except for such pre-packed warranty card statements, if any, customer is not authorized to extend warranties on Thomas’ behalf to anyone. Such unauthorized extensions of warranties by the customer shall remain customer’s responsibility. Customer is responsible for determining the suitability of Thomas products for customer’s use or resale, or for incorporating them into object or for applications which customer designs, assembles, constructs or manufacturers.
