Third purchase This is the third fixture we bought. We were so pleased with the selections for our other 2 bathrooms.Each bath has a different one and they went up easily. I'm sorry we've run out of bathrooms! July 29, 2011
Worked out great! We had trouble finding a quality light long enough to replace our old makeup light bar that spanned a double sink vanity. We wanted to use the same junction box and avoid having an electrician rewire. This light worked out beautifully - it's a quality light fixture. May 1, 2011
Good enough but... In the end, it look good but we had to 'mickey mouse' the attachement because it didn't fit with the hole in the wall. One of the pendant was crooked so we had to unscrew it a little to look straighter. For $ 400 + you would expect better quality... The original 5-7 days business time shipement ended up to be pushed back 2 times... 3 months without light in the bathroom ! August 23, 2010

Warranty Info

Warranty

Thomas products, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are warranted only to Thomas’ direct customers to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment. (Thomas does not warrant ballasts supplied with fluorescent units. The ballast manufacturer’s warranty, if any, must be consulted.) All warranty claims must be asserted within one year from date of receipt of the subject item; thereafter warranty claims will not be honored. Customer’s exclusive remedy for a warranty claim or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement of the subject product if it is shown to be defective in material or workmanship at time of shipment, and only if the claim is asserted during said one-year period. Thomas’ sole and maximum liability for a defective product shall never exceed the cost of the subject product. Except for such warranty and remedy as stated (and the express warranty of title), THOMAS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICLULAR PURPOASE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THOMAS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER IN WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, WHICH ARE ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY ONE OR MORE THOMAS PRODUCTS, BEYOND THE COST TO THE CUATOMER OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS.
