Unable to obtain replacement bulbs
I loved the look of this lamp. I bought 2 of them . One of the bulbs came broken and one of the ballasts did not have a good connection. I was able to put the two together and at least have one light. Lamps Plus was slow to respond to my complaints (multiple calls and E mails) 6-8 weeks!!!!
I was unable to find replacements anywhere at the large home Depot, Lowes and even several lighting supply stores.
I had purchased them through another vendor and even they said 4-6 weeks before they could get a bulb.
Tremendous disappointment as I wanted energy star efficiency.
