Do you have it in stock?
An item's availability is always listed to the right of the item pictured. If you have any questions please call us at 800-334-2725.
How much shipping will I pay?
Lighting and accessory orders over $49 ship for free (UPS ground lower 48 states). Orders under $49 have a $7.95 shipping and handling charge. Some larger chandeliers and fixtures have a per item shipping surcharge, please enter your zip code in the shopping cart for the specific S&H charge.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Lighting Showplace is required by law to charge sales tax when shipping an order anywhere in New York state, where we maintain our corporate headquarters.
Are the items you sell new or refurbished?
Everything we sell is new. We are an authorized dealer for the products, selling only new items fully covered by manufacturer warranties.
An item I want is out of stock. When will the item become available?
Item availability is constantly updated. As soon as an item is in stock we update the availability status on our website. If you have any questions please call us at 800-334-2725.
Does the item include all that is included in the picture?
Generally, items shown in the picture are included. However, there are exceptions. Always check the Details & Dimensions section listed to the right of the pictured item for full details.
I want an item in a different finish than pictured. What finishes are available?
There is an Available Finishes section below every product image that shows all finishes available for that item. Click on any color chip to show the item in that finish (Note- some products do not have full sized images and will appear with the color chip). If no additional finishes are available, the text will read "There are no other finishes for this item."
Will the finish look exactly as it does on the website?
By including color chips, we give you the best online representation of the item in all of its finishes. However, every computer's monitor is a little different and there may be slight variances between online images and the actual product.
What are the dimensions of this item?
The dimensions of an item are listed in the Details & Dimensions section. Manufacturer provided product specifications are available for some products, if you would like to see those please click on Product Specifications under the Related Links header.
If one of the items I ordered is on backorder, will you notify me?
We do our best to update customers as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer/warehouse that an item is on backorder. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please view Order Status and enter your order number and billing zip code.
