    A. The Royce RP21869 cannot be mounted on a vaulted ceiling since it has a fixed rod and it does not allow the rod to swivel.

    A. The Royce RP21869 is adjusted by threading the different stems into one another to reach the desired height. This fixture has the ability to be brighter than a 4-50 watt halogen light because you can install the energy efficient fluorescent bulbs and the equivalent wattage will be brighter. That is if the fluorescent equivalent is higher than 100 watts.
