Very pleased Pleasantly surprised, very nice quality. The protective globes dont tighten much because they are glass, they seem to loosen a little on their own. Needs a dimmer but since it is a grounded plug, have not been able to find anything that would work. Eventually I will wire it into the patio ceiling light. Overall I'm very pleased. Quite sturdy too. Beautiful finish. LightingDirect.com customer service was been EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely incredible. I thought customer service was a thing of the past these days! But not with this company. October 12, 2010
