With the low ceiling adaptor, how far down will this fan hang?
A. When using the low ceiling adapter Quorum International Q7-1600, the Quorum International Q93524 ceiling fan hangs 21-1/2" from the ceiling.

We had this fan installed about a year ago. It is fabulous looking. But, one of the fan blades literally broke in half in the middle of the night. Can I purchase a replacement blade?

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.
Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.
Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
Glass or acrylic components or accessories.
Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.
Who may enforce the warranty:
This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.
The product must be returned prepaid to Quorum International.
