Terrible Finish!!!
We purchased these lights in the Rust finish specifically because we liked the way they looked based on the picture online. When we received the lights, we were shocked by the finish as it looked nothing like the picture online! Instead it had sort of a grayish finish which is not at all what we were going for.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.
Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.
Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
Glass or acrylic components or accessories.
Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.
Who may enforce the warranty:
This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.
The product must be returned prepaid to Quorum International.
