Simple, Beautiful I am so happy with these lights! If you are looking for simplicity and beauty in your lighting sceme, look no further. We bought 2 of these lights to replace one existing flush-mount light and one hideous chandelier in our kitchen. They have made all the difference. Now, our kitchen feels not only bigger, but more modern (which is saying a lot, since we still have avocado green counter tops). Plus, the price can't be beat. We paid slightly over $90 for the pair of lights, when we were very hard-pressed to find a single light for under $90 at the big box stores. I will DEFINITELY use lighting direct again! Nice but dimensions wrong Easy to install and looks nice. Goes with the modern decor. The measurements on height are wrong, it says 3.5 inches and it is really about 5 inches. I had to install it in a different location because a high cabinet door would hit it because it was higher than I expected. April 22, 2011

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.

Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.

Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect

Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.

Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.

Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.

Glass or acrylic components or accessories.

Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.

Who may enforce the warranty:

This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.
