  • Will this fixture be compatible with the existing dimmer switch? Are this shades an off white rather than beige?

    A. The Quorum International 6405-5 has amber scavo glass which is a beige color. This light should work with existing switches. Thank you for your question.

  • Will this fixture be compatible with the our existing dimmer switch. Please describe the shade color. Can either 60, 75 or 100 watt bulbs be used?

    A. The Quorum International 6405-5 is a dimmable fixture. You can use any incandescent bulb that is 100 watts or less. The color of the shades are called Amber Scavo, they are a cream like color.

  • How long is the chain? My DR is peaked and higher than usual. The existing fixture chain is about 63" long.

    A. The Quorum International 6405-5 comes with 8 ft of chain.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.

Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.

Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect

Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.

Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.

Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.

Glass or acrylic components or accessories.

Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.

Who may enforce the warranty:

This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.

The product must be returned prepaid to Quorum International.
