I ordered "remote control" and this 6" down rod to go with my 52" ceiling fan per LightingDirect WEBSITE RECOMMENDATION when ordering. I guess I didn't read the description clearly, one 6" down rod is part of the 52" inch fan package already. Now I have to figure it out how to return this extra piece and get my money back.

Adequate
The rod was not as wide as I'd expected, but it was suitable to hold the fan. So the problem was solved.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.
Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.
Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
Glass or acrylic components or accessories.
Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.
Who may enforce the warranty:
This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.
The product must be returned prepaid to Quorum International.
