Will this kit work with Quorum International 43306 30" Estate Ceiling Fan? If so, does it have a pull-chain to control the light independently from the fan?

What is the mounting width of the base that connects to the base, and what is the placement of the screws on the base?
A. Thank you for your question, the Quorum International 2401 has a mounting width of 5 and 1/2 inches. This item has a center threded rod, so the screws will be onthe outside, and be able to screw in. If you have any further questions on this item please contact me with the information below. WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.
Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.
Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
Glass or acrylic components or accessories.
Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.
Who may enforce the warranty:
This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.
The product must be returned prepaid to Quorum International.
