Good Value, Best Internet Price
Purchased two fixtures at the same time. One got shipped promptly, but it appears the other one got "lost in the shuffle". Took several phones calls to get it shipped. Did not affect my overall satisfaction with my purchase. Customer Service Reps were very friendly and helpful in resovling the issued. Loved the ability to purchase the "insurance" that would allow refund.exchange and return shipping. It was not necessary to use it as the fixtures were beautiful...but it helps avoid a costly mistake. Even with the xtra chg for the insurance the fixture was still the best price out there.
