    A. The Quoizel HC8407 is only able to use an Incandescent since the HC8407-FL is for Fluorescent bulbs.

    A. Yes, there are three different types. Here are those product ID's for the pole style: Quoizel HC9011, Quoizel HC9013 and the Quoizel HC9011-FL.

  • I am interested in 2 of your Quoizel HC8407. I also need 6-8 smaller fixtures to top fence posts on the roof garden on top of my garage. I note there is a lampost version. Does is come without the long post and do you have anything in the same line that might match the feeling of the wall sconces?

    A. The HC9011 is the same style post lamp for your roof garden. The posts are sold separately.

    A. The Quoizel HC8407 takes any standard (medium) base bulb up to 150w.

Quoizel Outdoor Lights I absolutely love this product!!! It is the exact size and color that we needed. We recently put siding on our Dutch Colonial home and we wanted to have mission style lights, I have been looking for a few months. My first purchase was for 4 lights, however after received them we were so happy we bought 11!! We now have these wonderful lights all over our property. May 22, 2011
Great Mission/Craftsman-Style Wall Sconce We bought seven of these Hillcrest Series "Medium-Size" Mission-style Wall Sconces (and an eighth "Small-Size" version of the same Wall Sconce) for installation in the front, sides, and back of the house, and also bought at the same time the matching Hillcrest Series Ceiling Fixture (that we mounted above our Front Porch). It took most of one day to install all of these lights. I was very glad these Medium Wall Sconces came with a "swivel attachment bracket" as this style bracket was necessary to easily mount the light on our stucco-embedded round junction boxes. Installation was straightforward (once we got the hang of it!) and did require a bit of patience. It was also helpful to have a second person hold the light while the first person completed the wiring of the fixture to the house AC and ground wires. The lights work well and look great. See the two attached photos (and, yes, for the wall location shown in the photos, the "Medium-Size" light fixtures were a bit small and we could have gone with the "Large-Size" fixtures instead. We decided to just have consistency of light sizes around the house, so chose the Medium for most walls). October 12, 2010
