Neat Mission/Craftsman-Style Wall Sconce Light We bought one of these Hillcrest Series "Small-Size" Mission-style Wall Sconces for mounting next to an exterior side door. Additionally, we bought seven of the "Medium-Size" version of the same Wall Sconce for various front, side, and back exterior walls of our house and bought the matching Hillcrest Series Ceiling Fixture (that we mounted above our exterior Front Porch). It took most of one day to install all of these lights. The "Small-Size" Wall Sconce came with a circular mounting bracket that wasn't useful due to the horizontal mounting holes in our stucco-embedded junction box. I had to separately buy a "swivel attachment bracket" which allows the light's mounting bolts to "float" above the swivel bracket's own mounting bolt locations (The "Medium-Size" lights came with the swivel bracket!). Installation was straightforward once I mounted the swivel bracket, but did require a bit of patience. It was also helpful to have a second person hold the light while the first person completed the wiring of the fixture to the house AC and ground wires. The lights work well and look great. Beautiful light This light consists of a very heavy duty metal frame, with very heavy panes of glass as well. Looks like it will stand up well to exposure to the elements. December 14, 2007
