  • I have one hung outside and I am trying to replace the bulbs, but am having difficulty finding the screw to remove the outer glass casing to get to the bulbs. Please help

    A. You unscrew the finale on the botttom of the fixture that unscrews to change the bulb.

As described Product as described. Expected it to be a little larger, especially in circumference. But overall, decent quality and design. June 2, 2011
Needs better packaging The folks at LD were GREAT. The item,however, is drop-shipped direct from Progress lighting and arrived damaged due to poor packaging design. Again, LD worked diligently to create a solution - Progress acted only when they informed them that I was requesting an IMMEDIATE return if they failed to ship replacement parts. Moral of the story: LD is GREAT and I've used them in the past, and will again. Progress has nice design - but LC and I had to solve their problem for them through pressure (read $$$). Next time buy Kitchler - better products all around. July 7, 2008
