  • Is the medium base bulb a standard bulb or is this a special purchase?

    A. The Progress Lighting P3473 Semi-Flush Ceiling Fixture uses regular 100W incandescent medium based bulbs which do not need to be special ordered.

  • What's the difference between "cobblestone" and "antique bronze?" Online the colors look the same.

    A. The finishes are not the same. The Bronze is much darker and more oil rubbed looking with bronze edging. The Cobblestone is lighter and more tan to simulate the look of stone.

Great Light! Love it!! Looks fantastic in person and the install was easy. Note that if you want to put in the maximum watt light bulbs (this fixture can use two 100w bulbs) then you'll need to use incandescent bulbs as the larger florescent bulbs will not fit. I couldn't fit a 100w or 75w florescent bulb so I went with an incandescent 60w. A 60w florescent bulb might have fit, I didn't have any handy so I just used what I had. May 3, 2010

Just enough style We put this fixture in our entry that had 9 ft. ceiling that opened to a cathedral Great room. We didn't want anything hanging down too much to block our beautiful front door but we did need light in the area. It is just right! With our traditional/mission style, this fixture fits without being overly ornate and distracting. Very classy, very functional and we love it. November 12, 2008
