Great Customer Service
In spite of the fact the fan came with out instructions and the photo shows the exhaust port on the right when it is really on the left, I have to give this company good marks for customer service.
I explained the problems and was offered a full refund and they paid shipping back. Downside was I had to pay for the shipping and handling to get a defective product but customer service was very responsive.
