Does this fixture come with instructions for reversing the glass shades to face down. The review said that the light fixture had to be completely taken apart to reverse. Is this true?

Nice looking chandelier
Really nice looking, high quality, chandelier. I really liked the brush nickel look and solid feel.
Some issues. It was a bit hard to reverse. By default, it comes facing up (shown in picture). To reverse, to have the cups facing down, you have completely take it apart. And put it back together, with some parts changed. Not well documented.
You will need a special tool to shorten the chain. And you will need help to hold it, while you install it.
