  • Is the glass shade open at the back of the fixture?

    A. The glass shade on the Nuvo Lighting 60/1071 Bathroom Fixture is a complete cylinder with opening at the bottom and top and three mounting screws.

  • If we install one of these on either side of a bath mirror, will it create a lot of heat for the user? Also, are halogen bulbs able to be dimmed?

    A. Because the Nuvo Lighting 60/1071 uses only a 50 watt bulb, two of them in close proximity will not give off a noticeable amount of heat. Also, these halogen bulbs cannot be dimmed.
