    A. You will have no trouble what so ever with this transition. During the install you will simply not will wire up the vent for the 9093WH.

  • Why should the NuTone 9093 not be mounted in a shower stall enclosure?

    A. The NuTone 9093WH is rated for use in a damp location. If it is located directly in a shower stall enclosure the unit will be exposed to too much moisture and will be subject to electrical damage. As long as it is located in a location that is not directly exposing it to a great amount of moisture it will work just fine. Like in a bathroom adjacent to the shower.

Great, Easy just what we wanted We purchased this heater-fan for the bathroom to replace a 26 year old product of the same type. Was very pleased with the service and got our product on time. Liked that the company kept us up to date on approx delivery. Got this at a good price too! The Nutone product is excellent' does take time to install but my husband is an experienced handyman. best deal ever everything went as it should. fast, in every way. i have 3 units & i'm replacing one, due to heater fan motor, could have replaced moter, but the unit is 21 years old. It fit the bill! I needed to replace a 30-year old venting/heating/lighting Nutone fan, Model 9093. Luckily Nutone still makes this versatile model (in white only, though) with the same housing dimensions. All my electrician had to do was to replace the insides and wall switches. I re-used my original lens/grille, as it matched the other aluminum-toned one in my bathroom. These fans will last a long time with routine maintenance; I vacuum the insides every 6 months. Customer Service representative just needs to be informed that new electrical control switches are included with the unit. June 27, 2010

Good Deal Fast Shipping!! I bought this Light, Vent and Heat assembly to replace an older Nutone system that is basically the same as this newer one. Installation went smooth and easy. As far as shipping goes, I was very pleased as the unit arrived within days after I placed the order. I found the best price for this item here and again am very happy with the quick shipment. powerful unit! This heater/vent was put in to replace a similiar outdated non-working NuTone heater/vent unit. This one is much more powerful. The fan blows on high when heating, which almost makes a little cool breeze. I usually run it to warm up the bathroom first. The vent doesn't vent out all the steam immediately, but if I leave it on after leaving the bathroom it does clear up. I would prefer the blower blow heat more slowly and the vent suck out humidity more quickly. Otherwise it is still a good unit. February 26, 2010
GREAT SERVICE Enjoy the fan/light/heater/nightlight It is wired for the 4 featuers. IF and that is a BIG IF your wall is also wired for the 4 features. Mine was wired only for 3 so i cant use the nightlight. HOWEVER, it is still a superb item. the company gave me incorrect measurements, but, it still fit perfectly in the old hole as i thought it would from the previous series. September 4, 2009

Broan-NuTone warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

During this one-year period, Broan-NuTone will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service.THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO FLUORESCENT LAMP STARTERS AND TUBES. This warranty does not cover (a) normal maintenance and service or (b) any products or parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance or repair (other than by Broan-NuTone), faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended installation instructions.

The duration of an implied warranty is limited to the one-year period as specified for the express warranty. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

BROAN-NUTONE'S OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT BROAN-NUTONE'S OPTION, SHALL BE THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
