Is the panel underneath glass? It's hard to tell if the light comes thru the sides and bottom or just the sides. Also, can you change the bulbs without taking the whole fixture off?

A. The Murray Feiss MF OL3413 has a covered bottom. You do not need to remove the whole fixture to change the bulbs.
