A warm, quality piece
The color of the metal and the globes/shades were exactly what I thought they would be. The metal is very dark, shades are a rich cream.
The fixture is substantial. I replaced a cheap brassy 5 lamp fixture so I stuck with a 5 shade and it looks great. I put it over the kitchen table. The 3 shade fixture would have been plenty large enough.
It provides plenty of light. I like rooms very bright.

simple elegance
This is a simply beautiful chandelier! It is graceful, uncluttered and a nice dimension for a medium size dining room or kitchen. My only regret is the shades are a little darker than I would have preferred. the downlights cast a lot of light even using 60 watt bulbs.
It is very well made - my electrician was impressed.
The service from lighting direct was excellent. I can (and have) ordered from them again.
