    A. The MinkaAire Shangri-La comes with the light but you do not need to use it. It is not sold without the light.

    A. The MinkaAire Shangri-La is only compatible with a wall control and can't be used with a remote control unfortunately.

Nice Fan MinkaAire makes a very nice fan. I was a bit disappointed that the blades where not real bamboo just modeled plastic. But when it's up on the ceiling it's hard to tell anyhow May 14, 2008
