  • If I mount two of these fans 15' apart on a large vaulted ceiling, will the remote control unit possibly turn both units on when I only want one on?

    A. The MinkaAire Bolo will each come with a remote control that will be connected directly to that certain fan. You should not have a problem with mix signals.

  • Is the receiver in this fan compatible with the MA WC106, MA WC210 and/or MA WC212 wall mounted control system(s)?

    A. The MinkaAire Bolo comes with the RC213 which is a hand held remote. The receiver is in the fan. WC106 is a direct wire and doesn't use a receiver. The WC213 will work with the receiver that comes with the MinkaAire Bolo.

    A. The included downrod will be fine for a 9' ceiling; you would want to consider the low ceiling adaptor if you had an 8' or lower ceiling.

  • Can I get a remote control for this? I just bought a home! the fans light turns on with a wall switch but the fan doesn't work!

    A. The MinkaAire Bolo is compatible with a RC213 remote control and the WC213 ceiling fan wall control. If you are still having issues with the fan, please call our customer service line to help establish if it is in need of replacement parts.

    A. The MinkaAire Bolo is too large for a room that size unless you have high ceilings (10' or higher).

Beautiful Fans Just installed 3 of these. One was a new install other 2 were replacements. Ordered the Dark Brushed Bronze. Electrician says they were a breeze to install. These are beautiful fans! Awesome Fan This fan looks even better than expected(oil rubbed bronze). It is a medium brown which is exactly what I wanted. The lighting is perfect for a bedroom. The remote is easy to use and the fan is extremely quiet while generating a lot of air flow. This is my 3rd MinkaAire ceiling fan and each one has been great. The quality is very obvious when compared to fans available through lowes, home depot, etc. You will be thrilled you spent a little more money for such quality and design. May 28, 2011
