How do I change fan rotation on Minka Aire Acero? My receiver went bad & I just purchased WC223 replacement .
A. The MinkaAire Acero 3 does have the reverse fan mode. To do this have the fan running in low power and hit the reverse button on the remote provided. If for whatever reason there is no remote and the fan is hardwired controlled manually from the wall then the reverse mode could not be activated.

Great Fan - Lighting Could Be Better
The fan is a little complex to install, but worth the effort. It looks great, and works almost completely silently. It starts up and stops very smoothly, and is mostly unnoticeable while it moves enough air to make our underventilated house feel cool. I bought a second one for another room! It's also very energy efficient compared to AC. I have only two criticisms: the downlight is not that bright compared to the multi-bulb incandescent lights I had in the same fixture positions, and the lighting dimmer control doesn't allow you to easily turn the light up and down like a regular dimmer. It goes all the way to full on, then works it's way back down to the dimmest setting, before ramping up again. Despite the control layout (which appears to have an up and down control), you can't easily turn the light up and down. Still good enough to make me buy a second one, however! I recommend this product.
