The Minka Lavery ML 1761 Contemporary / Modern Mini Pendant from the Tofino Collection is Bronze in color and if I had to say whether it was closer to gold or silver I would say it was closer to a gold. You should have no trouble putting this light on a dimmer as it uses a medium base incandescent bulb.

  • Can I purchase the light bulbs from anywhere

    A. The light bulbs for the Minka Lavery ML 1761 cannot be purchased at many places some online retailers still carry them but a more energy efficient option is the 26 watt CFL which supplies as much light and for as long as 10 incandescent light bulbs.     A. The Minka Lavery ML 1761 does take a regular medium based 100 watt bulb, which is just a normal light bulb.

Great Light Replaced track lighting on beams over kitchen island with 3 of these lights and they look outstanding. I like the fact that the hanging length was easy to adjust with the chains. I also bought a couple of the semi flush matching lights that replaced track lighting in the family room section of the large room that is a kitchen/family room.
