What is this made of?

Is this really acid etched GLASS, not plastic? The similar fixture 9920-PL from The Great Outdoors (a Minka subsidiary) says etched glass in the specs but when you read the reviews you learn it is really plastic.

Very Bright.
Easy to install. Took 45 minutes to remove three boring, same as every Tom, Dick & Harry, type old coach lamps and install these. Very bright compared to old lamps and being compact flourescents much cheaper to run. Would like the underneath to have an easy remove cover as bugs can get inside although this isn't too much of a problem so far.

does job----but:
Very attractive and economical light for dusk-to-dawn automatic use- BUT the photo-sensor is very small and if this product is used under any overhanging porches, roofs or anywhere that it is even partially shadier than full sunlight, IT MAY STAY ON far too long after daybreak- even all day on overscast days! I solved the problem with my own replacement gooseneck photsensor to replace the original...but then you may not be that handy. Open areas where it has a direct view of the sky only.
