Very pretty! This chandelier is very pretty! There were a few issues with the assembly part of it, however. One of the arms' thread was stripped and wouldn't tighten, so we had to do some extra work to get them all seated in the same position. The decorative "shoulder" that connects the chain links and the three downward poles didn't line up very well (it's got a wavy pattern, and the top and bottom parts didn't line up pattern-wise). If you look carefully, you can see the mismatch. Also, two of the Tiffany globes' bases were soldered on crookedly, but because we're creative people, we found a way around that too. Overall, a beautiful lighting fixture that looks amazing in our 118-year-old house -- but be prepared to possibly need some ingenuity to make it look the way it looked in the photos from the website. Limited Warranty

Meyda Lighting warrants your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years. If you discover a defect in our product we will, at our option, repair using new components or, if repair is not possible, replace the fixture.

Exclusions: This warranty covers defects in manufacturing while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural disaster. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement such as sockets.
