  • Is Kentucky Bronze close to black?

    A. The Kentucky Bronze is a very dark bronze and does appear black from a distance.

  • Is the Wilshire Glass golden like the alabaster glass?

    A. The Maxim MX 2656 has a wilshire glass that does look like alabaster. There just isn't and white crackle or specs on the glass that some alabaster shades have. The picture shown is when this item is lit up.

  • What's the length of the chain? Spec sheets says 6", it that correct? If so, is a longer chain in the Pewter finish available?

    A. This item includes 6 feet of chain and 15 feet of wire.

  • Is the acorn finish a dark bronze or a tan look, hard to tell by the small picture?

    A. Acorn is a light Oil Rubbed Bronze finish.

Great Experience We purchased the Maxim Pacific Lighting Collection for our Kitchen & Dining Room Renovation from Lighting Direct. One of the glass bowls on our chandelier came out of the box cracked. We contached Lighting Direct's Customer service and they promptly contacted the manufacturer for us and within a couple of days our new part arrived! The fixtures were installed and look great! Love, love, love this light I absolutely love this collection. The chandelier is perfect with my decor and gives ample light. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wish there was a way I could use only the lower light sometimes without the upper lights just for a special ambiance. April 25, 2011
Just what we needed! This Chandelier turned out great. It was shipped compact but securely. The construction is high quality and it gives off more than adequate light! The instructions were confusing if you have NEVER connected a light before. But simple enough if you have experience. Would recommend. We love it! June 3, 2010
Outstanding Fixture This was purchased sight unseen from the website and turned out to be better than anything we had seen locally. The glass is solid and beautifully marbled. Maxim Warranty

With the exceptions listed below, Maxim Lighting International products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from date of shipment. The exceptions are:

The CounterMax™ MX-L LED Under Cabinet Lighting 87902WT/SA/MB, 87904WT/SA/MB, and 87906WT/SA/MB will be warranted for normal use for 25 years while the original purchaser owns it. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 77°F.

The CounterMax™ MX-X12 Xenon Under Cabinet Lighting 87849WT/MB, 87851WT/MB, 87852WT/MB, 87853WT/MB, 87859WT/MB, 87861WT/MB, 87862WT/MB, 87863WT/MB will be warranted for normal use for 15 years while the original purchaser owns it. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 77°F.

All Vivex™ outdoor fixtures will be warranted for normal use for 3 years while the original purchaser owns it.

Maxim Lighting International will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Maxim Lighting International inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after date of shipment. Maxim Lighting International is not responsible for removal or installation costs. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only and that Maxim Lighting International is not responsible for any labor incurred. Use of incorrect installation methods and/or bulb wattage will void the warranty.
