Disappointed I love the idea of this light and was very excited for it's arrival. Unfortunatley the globes are nothing like they look in the main picture. The globes are gold and very dark as opposed to the lightish tint that is presented in the picture. Upon calling the manufacturer they dont' even sell a globe that looks like the one on the main page. Truly disappointing. April 21, 2011

Hint of Oriental Influence The lamp appears as represented on line with the exception that the lamp shades are a bit darker than I anticipated. I loved the fact that the lamp can be installed either orientation. It appears a bit more oriental influenced with the shades pointing downward I thought. The electrician complied. I will place CFL bulbs in the fixture, but I will have to get dimmable ones because of the Title 24 restrictions. The fixture appears to be very well manufactured. October 14, 2010

Great lamp It's a beautiful lamp, I'm re-doing my bathroom in an Asian/Spa inspired theme and this looks perfect. Just make sure that if you want to hang it the way it shows on the picture, you allow room on the top (before the ceiling) for it to fit. June 17, 2010

With the exceptions listed below, Maxim Lighting International products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from date of shipment. The exceptions are:

The CounterMax™ MX-L LED Under Cabinet Lighting 87902WT/SA/MB, 87904WT/SA/MB, and 87906WT/SA/MB will be warranted for normal use for 25 years while the original purchaser owns it. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 77°F.

The CounterMax™ MX-X12 Xenon Under Cabinet Lighting 87849WT/MB, 87851WT/MB, 87852WT/MB, 87853WT/MB, 87859WT/MB, 87861WT/MB, 87862WT/MB, 87863WT/MB will be warranted for normal use for 15 years while the original purchaser owns it. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 77°F.

All Vivex™ outdoor fixtures will be warranted for normal use for 3 years while the original purchaser owns it.

Maxim Lighting International will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Maxim Lighting International inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after date of shipment. Maxim Lighting International is not responsible for removal or installation costs. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only and that Maxim Lighting International is not responsible for any labor incurred. Use of incorrect installation methods and/or bulb wattage will void the warranty.
