How does this pendant mount? Does it have a chain at the top or swivel, or does it have rod all the way up? I am needing to mount it to a side wall and let it hang down.

Is there rod all of the way up to the mount? I am in need of a chain or swivel at the mount.

At 45 1/2 inches, this will hang down too far for me. Is the down rod in sections so that the length can be less than that?
