    A. The Light Concepts 11750 is a compact fluorescent fixture and is therefore not dimmable. Only incandescent fixtures and halogen fixtures with dimmable ballasts can be dimmed.

  • I'm concerned that it is not bright enough for my entrance hallway, how bright is the florescent bulb compared to a incandescent bulb?

    A. A 26w compact quad tube fluorescent bulb produces 1700 Lumens. A 100w Incandescent bulb produces 1750 lumens. This fixture produces almost as much light as a 100w incandescent fixture.

  • Could this product be installed over a vanity in a bathroom? It would not be over the shower, but would be in the same room, which is also equipped with a ceiling-mounted ventilation fan.
