Lovely but non functional
I received the fixture in good shape and installed it. The light beam was too narrow so I replaced the spot with a non reflector bulb. This provided a general light but was so bright through the shade making the light on the counter seem dim. The clear glass also shows lots of finger prints and every dust partical that floats by. All in all an unsatisfactory selection.

looks great
lamps look great. they installed easily and look cool. one of the few pendants with a 60 inch cord drop - important for our ceiling height. also, we decided to cover the black cord with a brushed nickel downrod for a sleek look.

Lov them
I bought two of these pendants to hang over my kitchen island - part of my total kitchen remodel. These lights are classy and provide just the perfect amount of light. FYI - I put them on a dimmer and they are great for mood lighting.

Wow !
I own a coffee shop with a retro 50's look & a UFO theme. Everyone who comes into the shop wants to know where I got the counter lights. They're perfect for the theme & decor, really beautiful, a conversation piece & look 3 times more expensive than they were. In fact, they were a bargain!

Contemporary lighting
Looks great over the island's bar-height counter/seating in my new kitchen. I would highly recommend for that contemporary look.

Nice light
I have three of these lights over our island. It is very well built and looks great. I have it mounted 65" from the bottom of the light to floor. The light is nice and soft when looking from the side, while highlight the countertop perfectly. The only improvement I would recommend is to change the cord from black to transparent to make it look even better.
