Great value. Looks great and is very bright. We bought one of these with the "optical" shade for our foyer after seeing it on display in a local store. We also bought a pair of FL-010's with "natural" shades for our hallways (reviewed separately). All of them look great and are nice and bright (we have them on dimmers so they don't have to be full brightness all the time). We had them professionally installed so I can't comment on the ease installation, and we haven't had to change a bulb yet so I can't comment on that either. My only complaint is that the "optical" shade for the FL-016 arrived a bit bent. The lightingdirect customer service agent was extremely friendly and helpful, and after we e-mailed a couple of digital photos she arranged for LightsUp to send us a new shade, which arrived about a week later in perfect condition.
