Are the track heads moveable - can they be pointed down at 90 degrees?
A. The Kovacs GK P4086-1-467 track heads can be moved and the angles of the lights can be adjusted. 90 degrees is in the range of motion, but it also increases the width that you need between each light. So yes you can, but it will affect where you need to place each head.
