Bad news!
As somebody else indicated, the Chinese ballast in these is horrible (Chia Chien APL-18M) and can't be found anywhere except on the manufacturers web site. Mine lasted barely 2 years, with very limited use! Now I have a useless $120 fixture - $60 a year is a lot for something hardly used! Not sure I'd trust buying any Kovacs product again.

Looks Great -- Performs Poorly
These units have a cheap electronic ballast. They burn out after 50 hours of use. You will then need to find a ballast replacement which will not be easy. Then, you will have to install it and chances are 95% + of buyers will not be able to do it. Pick another lamp.
On the plus side they do look good without the lite on.

Order something else
These lights are not of the best quality. We returned them becuase the hinges were crooked and not adjustable. If we had been able to straighten them it would have been ok. We hung 2 lights on the same wall and since they were crooked in opposite directions they looked really bad next to each other. We liked the finish and the idea of the swing arm lamp, however I would recommend something else if you are using 2 because they are not symmetrical.
