Excellent Shopping Experience After purchasing online, the product arrived in lightning speed. Unfortunately, one of the shades was chipped. I contacted the company to see if it was possible to receive an additional shade in lieu of returning the entire product and starting from scratch. The customer service rep was very helpful and more than happy to oblige. I received a new single shade in less than a week and was able to keep my project on track! April 22, 2011
