    A. This fan comes with a 2" down rod. The Height Including Light Kit is 19.5". Other lengths of down rods can be purchased from 12" - 72".

  • Do the blades on this fan reverse to another finish or could other Hunter blades be purchased instead and fit this fan?

    A. The Hunter 28482 has fan blades the same color on both side. Other hunter blades could be used. But you would need to make sure the measurements match. Thank you for your question.

    A. The Hunter 28482 is compatible with most Hunter remotes and wall switch.

    A. The Hunter 28482 has an open bottom and top light.

  • Can dimmable CFLs with candelabra base be used in this fan?

    A. As long as the wattage matches then yes you can use it. Dimmable CFL's do not have the same range as an incandescent will though for dimming! They are definitely more energy efficient though.
