  • Can this light kit be used with the Hunter Dimensions fan Model 25866? It is an older fan that needs a light with brush nickel.

    A. Thank you for your question. According to Hunter Lighting, all of Hunters light kits work with each of their fans. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

  • On one site it says this light kit is only compatible with Hunter Tribecca fans. I always see that all Hunter lights work with all Hunter fans.

    A. The Hunter 26169 is compatible with any Hunter fans since that is what Hunter has informed us.

  • Can the 26169 be turned on/off independant of the fan? If so is it with a chain hanging over the side?

    A. Yes you can do that and it would depend on which fan whether or not you would be able to operate it with a chain.

  • Does this come with a fitter or is that sold separately (or is it necessary)? I have a Hunter fan without a light so I'm trying to figure out what parts are needed Thanks.

    A. The Hunter 26169 does include the fitter and glass. It is a complete light kit.
