can you use a remote control with this fan? Also, it says the blades are cream and that fan is white. Is it two different colors?

Can this fan motor be reversed from the wall switch or remote? Or is it a manual reverse only. Also are downrods available?
A. The remote will only control the fan speed and the lighting. You will not be able to reverse the motor from the remote. However, there is a manual reverse switch on the fan. There is only one 3" downrod included with the Hunter 21648.

Do I need to buy the remote separately? If so, how do I find it?

This fan looks fabulous. It is quiet, too. It is very large but because of the color, it blends nicely into the ceiling color and adds a beautiful touch to the room. I was able to find a curtain rod that matches almost exactly and the duo looks like a set! I just love the fan!
