Does this lamp have a diffuser panel under the shade to prevent glare from the bulb and can this lamp use a 3-way, 30-70-100 type bulb?

Excellent lamp & service
Well built quality lamp very modern and clean looking.
Had a issue with the 3 way switch, customer service was right on it with a replacement sent out quickly.
Would buy future lamps form LightingDirect!!
