Can this fixture be installed to the ceiling without the chain between the mount on the light fixture and the ceiling mount?

A. The Hinkley Lighting H4652 does require you to use some of the chain to connect the pendant to the ceiling canopy. They doe offer a semi-flush H4651 that you can use that doesn't have chain.

Beautiful This light arrived with only one minor flaw, it was missing a common screw. It was easily replaced and after that it was quickly assembled. It is really beautiful. It looks better in person than on the internet. We are really happy with our purchase. August 31, 2011
