beautiful faucet
couldn't be happier w/this faucet. had my plumber crisscross the hot and cold tubes so hot remains on the left and cold on the right because in europe - where this faucet originates - hot is on the right and cold on the left.

Grohe K4
What an excellent piece of hardware. Functional and eye catching. We installed this with our Granite counter top and needed a single hole for the install. Easy to put in and paired up with existing plumbing without any problems. The faucet has a smooth action and easily adjusts both flow rate and temperature. My Wife is left handed and the ability to install this with selector lever facing forward was a huge selling point. We can even turn it on and off with an elbow or forearm.
The only issues I have are the markings for hot and cold were reverse of what we had on our original faucet. Thought they could engineer a reversible hot/cold indicator.
Incidentally, the spray selector malfunctioned 8 months after installation and Grohe shipped a new hand set that day. Great Customer Service, Excellent Product and awesome selection. Well worth the added price.

Perfect faucet
I was thrilled with the purchase of this product. It arrived so quickly ( within 2 days) and everything was there...nothing missing. Excellent service.
This faucet has the feature of placing the knob in the front or to either side of the faucet, which is perfect for us because we didn't have much room from the faucet to the window which is directly in back of it. It's a perfect fit for double sinks and no splashing. Can't say anything negative about it. The look is modern, and updates the kitchen! I believe this K4Grohe faucet will last a long time as the quality of it is excellent.
Even my husband couldn't get over how nice it is!

Great faucet!
Looks great... works smooth and flawlessly... easy to install... no leaks. What more could you want? A little pricy but I'm hoping that over the years, you get what you pay for. If the internal cartridge is as easy to change out (as the instructions indicate that it is) then it's worth the few extra bucks to buy one of the best. One small criticism though is that Grohe places the (blue/red) decal on the face of the faucet, blue (cold) left and red (hot) right. In order to get water flow hot on the left and cold on the right (as is standard here in these United States), you need to cross-connect the feed tubes from the chinese (german?) instructions and decal, to avoid having the less wary scalding themselves. Other than that... no problems!

I love this faucet!
This faucet looks great and is well built. I love this faucet and would purchase another. The only thing that might be a deterrent to some purchasers is that the hot/cold are reversed- the hot is on the right instead of the left, but that is easily remedied if you choose to do so.

Best Faucet For Us
We had a plumber install our faucet today along with a chrome matching soap dispenser and garbage disposal switch. It took him only a half hour. The plumber says the faucet is top of the line quality. We agree as we have one already in our laundry. It is beautiful and so easy to operate with messy hands by merely bumping the handle. The reviews we read prior to buying ours had some criticism about too much splash. We have deep sinks and no splash problem. We placed one order for both items. The soap dispenser came first. We called.FD. They had not sent faucet but shipped within another 5 days.

Best Purchase Ever
I truly have to say that this faucet is the BEST#1 purchase in my kitchen after the granite countertops. My husband thought I was nuts paying this amount for a faucet but when the plumber came to install he laughed and told my husband it was the best faucet he ever installed. I love the smooth on/off faucet mechanism. Everyday I say how much I love it...money well spent. Treat yourself it is well worth it!!

Great Product
The quality of this faucet is outstanding. It was expensive but I believe it's a case of "you get what you pay for." The customer service from Faucet Direct was tremendous. I had great concerns about buying the faucet online but my worries were unfounded. I'll leave you with comment my plumber made about the faucet, "It's perfect!"

Residential Products
GROHE provides the following warranties on its products to the original purchaser, installed in a residential application. This warranty is effective for all faucets sold after January 1, 1997.
Mechanical Warranty
A Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided on all mechanical parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.
General Finish Warranty
A 5-Year Warranty is provided on all GROHE product finishes (except the InfinityFinishTM) to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
InfinityFinishTM
A Lifetime Warranty is provided on all GROHE products with the InfinityFinish to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
